Wine
production takes place in small stainless steel tanks (3000 and 4500 litres) joining technology and tradition. We use cold pre-fermentation
maceration methods, controlled temperature and long periods of maceration. All this is done taking extreme care of the product and
ensuring that all our passion and feelings goes into the making of the wine.
The vintage warehouse is located in an air-conditioned
semi-cellar, where both the barrels and bottles lie in complete peace and without any hurry as part of the ageing process.
We
have 50 American, French and Hungarian oak barrels, that we keep for a maximum period of 3 years.
When we bottle our wines we
treat them with maximum care, with the minimum of treatment so that they reach our consumer in the best possible conditions.
All
our corks come from the Valencian Community and are certified by the FSC (Council of Forest Administration), which guarantees that
all the cork trees from which our corks come from are managed in a rational and sustainable form.
